Three services deliver the site.
Opening a page on agiliti.ai makes your browser request files from these services. Each receives your IP address and ordinary request details, such as your browser type.

Your theme choice
Kept in your browserWhen you switch between light and dark, your browser's local storage records the choice so the next page opens the same way. It is never sent to us, and clearing your site data removes it.

Server logs
Kept by HostingerOur host, Hostinger, records requests to the site in its server logs, as web hosts do. These typically include your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser type, and are kept under Hostinger's own terms. We do not use them to profile visitors.
Your answers come to us by email.
The form on the design-partnership page sends your answers to contact@agiliti.ai as an email from your own mail client.
The message contains what you enter: your name, your work email, your company, your first team, what the work must touch and what a person must approve. The subject line carries your company name.
Pressing the button opens a draft in your mail client, and the message is sent when you send it.
We use your message to reply to you and to discuss a design partnership. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details.
Ask what we hold. Ask us to correct or delete it.
Write to privacy@agiliti.ai to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. The only personal data the site itself gives us is what you choose to email us.
We will reply from that address and confirm when a deletion is complete. Server logs held by Hostinger are kept under Hostinger's own terms.
Alchemy runs on your infrastructure. It sends nothing to Agiliti.
Alchemy is installed and run on infrastructure you control. It sends no data, usage reports or spend figures to Agiliti; your records stay with you.
Data leaves your infrastructure only through the services you use with it: your model provider, Anthropic, and the connections you choose to turn on, such as tool servers, API connections, media and voice providers, knowledge-base embedders and alert channels. Each is governed by your agreement with that provider.
