Alchemy is made available only under a separate written agreement with Agiliti Technologies, and only for the purposes that agreement names.
Agiliti Technologies owns the copyright in Alchemy: its software, documentation, bundled manifests, demonstration projects and every other file supplied with it. All of it is proprietary and confidential.
Possession of the files does not grant a licence. Except as your written agreement expressly permits, you may not copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, host as a service, or create derivative works from any part of it, and you may not remove or alter the copyright notice.
There are three kinds of written agreement: an evaluation agreement, to try Alchemy; a design partnership agreement, eight weeks working alongside us; and a licence, to run it for your organization. Licences are quoted per organization.
The software is provided "as is", without warranty. You are responsible for the spend ceilings, credentials and approvals you configure.
Your work is yours. The engine is licensed.
The line runs between what you write and produce, and the software that runs it. Your written agreement sets it out.
Your manifests
The manifests you write for your own projects: members, permissions, approvals and ceilings. Agiliti claims no rights in them, and they are not part of the licensed engine.
Your data
Everything Alchemy stores on your infrastructure, including run records and memory. It stays with you; Agiliti never receives it.
Your records and deliverables
The records of your runs, the exports you make, and the documents your runs produce, including content produced by a model, an agent or a connected provider.
The engine
Alchemy's software, documentation, bundled manifests and demonstration projects. You use them under your written agreement, for the purposes it names.
Components by others. Under their own terms.
Alchemy's licence does not override the terms of software written by others. Each component's own licence governs it.

Claude Agent SDK and Claude Code
Anthropic's Commercial Terms of ServiceAlchemy runs model work through Anthropic's Claude Agent SDK and the Claude Code program it includes. Anthropic's terms govern both. Work for your organization runs on your organization's own Anthropic API key, and each project can be set to bill only that key.
Other open-source packages
MIT, ISC and other open-source licencesThe Model Context Protocol SDK (MIT), yaml (ISC) and zod (MIT), and the open-source packages they and the Agent SDK depend on, which are mostly MIT or ISC, with a few under BSD-2-Clause, BSD-3-Clause or the Unlicense.
Alchemy and Agiliti.
"Alchemy" and "Agiliti" are names Agiliti Technologies uses for its product and its company. Please use them only in ways that accurately reflect our relationship with you.
Claude, Claude Code and Anthropic are Anthropic's names. We use them only to refer to Anthropic's software, services and terms. Other product names on this site belong to their owners.
